How is my candle shipped??
Candles shipped within the USA are shipped via USPS priority mail. You will receive a tracking number when your candle has shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we are only shipping within the USA, but we hope to add more international markets soon.
What are your candles made of?

How do I burn my candle to insure longevity?

Can I use any lights to illuminate the candles?
Yes you can! Any light can be used as long as it doesn't generate heat as this will melt the wax. Generally, most modern LED Lights will work just fine. While we include an LED light base to demonstrate the abilities of our candles, many other lighting options can be found. For safety, do not burn your candle while using the LED lighting option.
Do you offer refunds?
For candles or light stands that are damaged in transit we will send you a replacement free of charge. Proof of damage within 5 days of arrival is required for a replacement candle or light. Other than damage or defects that occur before your candle arrives, we do not offer refunds of any kind.
Can I exchange my candle for a different one?
Sorry, but all sales are final. No exchanges, refunds, or returns will be accepted. We hope you understand. If your candle arrived damaged just let us know and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
How long until I get my candle?
Processing time is the expected time that it may take for us to process your order, carve your candle, and pack it for shipping. The current processing time will always be listed on the banner at the top of our website. Since all our candles are created freehand at the time of purchase, processing time can vary depending on current demand. Once your candle is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and you should receive your candle within 3-5 business days.
